 Annotating PDFs (Important, please read!)

  • We are trying to reduce our carbon footprint by using as little paper as possible in our classroom. To accomplish this, we will be annotating (writing or drawing on for clarification) PDF files found on this site regularly.

    • Here's how to annotate a PDF:

      • Find the file you need on the assignments page.

      • Download the file to your computer.

      • Go to one of the following websites (one may work better for you than the other):

      • Follow the instructions to upload the file you previously downloaded.

      • Use the tools to add text or draw on your PDF (depending on the activity).

      • When you have finished annotating, save the file to your computer with your name, the title, and the name of the assignment in the file. It's preferred that you place an underscore between each word in the file (e.g. Gwen_Stroot_San_Jose_Sharks_I_Search.PDF).

      • Upload the file to your Google Drive and share it with sstroot@saratogausd.org
